Guest Blogging Policy

All guest blog posts submitted must conform to the following guidelines in order to be published:

1. Guest blog posts will not be paid nor receive any kind of remuneration.
2. All guest blog posts can have a maximum of three (3) links: two (2) in the article body and one (1) in the resource box/author bio. There will also be other links included in your submitted blog post, provided by this site.
3. Your guest blog post shouldn’t contain “advertorial” content nor should they “sell” any of your services. You can place these on your Author Bio/Resource Box.
4. Blog posts should have a minimum of 400 words and a maximum of 1,750 words. If it’s a longer piece, please submit an outline of the blog post first.
5. Guest blog post must contain at least two (2) subtitles/subheadings.
6. No keyword stuffing in your guest blog post/article please. If keyword density is important to you, then please keep it between 1.5% and 3%. Otherwise, we’ll pare it down to the acceptable level.
7. Meta tags style guide:
• Guest blog post title shouldn’t exceed 15 (fifteen) words
• Title tag should be within 70 characters.
• Title URL stub no more than four (4) words
• Meta description should be within 150 characters.
• Maximum of three (3) keyword tags—one (1) focus keyword and two (2) alternate keywords
• Optional: Blog post summary at the beginning of the article must contain a maximum of 35 words.
8. All proposed articles will have to pass Copyscape before they’re published so no duplicate content are accepted. You can write about similar topics but no exact copies of other articles found on the web, please.
9. Kindly observe proper English word usage, grammar and punctuation in your guest blog post. You can break some of the rules but there must be a reason why and you know how to break the rules without turning off your readers.
10. If your guest blog post doesn’t follow the guidelines, they’ll be edited. We’ll also edit for grammar and punctuation.
