I love vegetables, thanks to Dad who force fed us bitter gourd (ampalaya) when we were growing up. Nobody left the dining table until every last scrap of the green little things were in our tummies.
Now, I can't live without my veggie fibers. Turns out, too, I cook a mean stir fry.
